We provide support via our help desk system and via email, and online chat.
Tickets are responded to within 3 hours or less and diligently resolved within 6.
Online forums are open for customers to help themselves. Team Mirage will also
attempt to answer questions through these new online forums.
In order to provide efficient response times to billing, sales, and technical requests,
we ask our customers to use our online Helpdesk system to submit tickets first.
